Blue's a Dad!

Sina had six kittens on June 4 and there are two still unclaimed. There is a male red persian, like his mom and a beautiful female blue point Himi like her Dad. Deposits are being taken for them to leave their Mom when they are ready.

Are Yours Pets Safe?

As I sit at my computer, many things cross my mind and right now my thoughts are with the many displaced pets that got caught in the terrible floods in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Mississsippi. Are your pets as safe from the weather as they can be? Are they as safe as you are? They should be. Those pets are suffering as much as victims of the elements can be and the fear they are experiencing probably could have been avoided in many cases. See that your pets do not ever fall victim to this terrible fate.

Postage For Pets

You can now buy stamps at the post office that help to buy food for shelter pets. You can pre-order them online. I think this would be a great thing to spread around. Please pass it on. www.usps.com

Eaten Any Good Chemicals, Lately?

Have you seen Food Inc.?   I watched it a couple of days ago and I'm still pissed.  It's on instant play on Netflix.  I assume everyone has Netflix.  If not, there is always a free monthly trial and definitely worth checking out if you have an aversion to reality TV as I hope you do. I don't know if it's worth a queue spot for you to rent, but it's definitely worth a free peak and it is a must see. Especially for an animal lover. It's along the lines of the book regarding the slaughter houses years ago that brought about inspections and standards that not only helped the employees, but let the consumers know they were being fed the employees' fingers or the entire employee that had fallen into the vat. The ecoli breakouts that are killing children are what is being fed to us that was a shortcut in the factory. Children and the elderly are expendable to these greedy bastards.
